STORE REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from Wicked City Gaming.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 15 calendar day window to return your item from the date that was shown to arrive by the shipping company.  All original packaging must be returned with proof of purchase and shipping will be at the cost of the customer.  Please allow 15 days for refund processing after returned product has been received by Wicked City Gaming.  Store credit can be granted immediately upon receiving returned product.  

EXCEPTIONS TO THIS: 

-if the wrong product was shipped

-if a custom order was not customized correctly (will have a thorough review of product details and communications between WCG and client as all custom orders will have extensive communication during production process)

If damage was received to a product during shipping, replacement parts may be shipped after a review process.  Refunds for damaged products will be on a case by case basis but will usually result in replacing damaged parts.
